- must work cross-functionally to establish good and trusted relationships with both internal and external customer teams.
- clarify all technical design details and manage any design and delivery escalation issues.
- work closely with key operator staff throughout the delivery process to resolve any issues blocking a successful outcome for a signed agreement.
- understand all technical steps required for implementation and launch and develop / manage a mutually agreed upon delivery plan.

- pmp or master degree of it project management preferred.
- successful project management experience in a customer environment.
- prior telecommunications management experience required.
- experience in m2m/ connected devices desired.
- ability to work independently and within tight deadlines.
- experience working with multi-national entities remotely, leveraging conferencing tools such as webex to coordinate virtual meetings.
- 10+ years of gsm / gprs experience in a technical capacity.
- knowledge of gsm / gprs core network architecture, ip switching and routing concepts, firewalls preferred.
- superior analytical, communication, presentation and customer interfacing skills.
- superior communication skills required.
- language skills are a plus, with japanese/ cantonese/mandarin and/or spanish/portuguese languages desirable.
