the content support analyst/audit can perform a diversity of processes related to catalog content and the correct display of information in the several autozone sales channels; under supervision and guidance it is capable of identify display errors, how they were produced, and how they can be solved. The content support analyst/audit can identify errors when comparing data entered vs its guidelines, report them and follow up until its resolution.
*responsibilities*
40% ensure data is accurate, consistent, and reliable
- identify and report content defects published to front-end systems. Get samples, visually confirm display, and do routine communication for publishing, display settings, cataloging and product data
30% content enhancement auditing
- execute auditing plans; run automated reports to detect opportunities (e.g., suspect nya) or avoid content disruptions (e.g. shared catalogs); identify obsolete content
20% communication & strategy
- maintain accurate records of validations assigned and expected to conform to standards
10% content errors tracking
- maintain documentation of all errors found, ensuring content comply with established regulations and standards
*requirements*

- *area of study*:automotive or mechanical associate degree, information and communications technology (ict) or related field of study
