your role on our teamas a solution delivery analyst – manufacturing & quality you will be expected to automate business process, document detailed business requirements, identify solutions for complex problems, implement new process and/or applications, and introduce industry 4.0 standards with interconnectivity, automation, machine learning, and real-time data collection.
you'll be disruptive through these duties and responsibilitiespartner with manufacturing, quality, business operations, and leverage the broader it organization to develop solutions through effective use of business and process analysis techniquesdevelop or coordinate process improvement solutions, both functional and technicallead and coordinate the investigation of business impacting problems across functional areas to determine appropriate actionsengage groups cross functionally to ensure standard practices and applicationsactively review service levels and delivery against business requirements for the areas of the business supportedimplement and support technical solutions such as optimal equipment efficiency software, end of line testing, vision systems, automation, robotics, etc.resolve problems with products and applicationsknowledge of databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and qualityidentifies and recommends solutions to address improvement opportunitiesprovide consulting and guidance to end users to access standard it support and servicesproduce documentation including process maps and workflow documentsensure that all information delivery needs of the business are being actively managed and servicedbuild it credibility by modeling professionalism, excellence, integrity, and passioncontribute to and facilitate the creation of a multi-year strategyother duties as required
the tools you'll bring with youbachelor's degree in management information systems, computer science, or business administration with an emphasis in technologyminimum 4 years experience as a business analyst or in a technical roleability to manage multiple concurrent activities with time constraintsself-managed, self-starter, team player who is well organized and detail orientedstrong professional written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills
other tools we prefer you to haveunderstanding of core business processes such as quality, manufacturing, and plan to produce is a plusexperience with manufacturing and quality software such as winspc and oeeexperience with microsoft visio, excel, word, powerpoint, power bi and sqlmanufacturing shop floor experience
