The recruiter intermediate is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process in coordination with the human resources team. The role supports various recruitment initiatives aligned with the business strategy.
responsibilities:
1. develop sourcing strategies through internal direct sourcing, networking, and social recruitment.
2. source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess qualifications to provide a list of suitable candidates to hiring managers.
3. collaborate with hr advisors, compensation teams, and hiring managers to prepare fair offers for internal and external candidates.
4. research market trends and peer organizations to identify potential candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
5. participate in diversity recruiting events and activities.
6. provide market data and activity reports to stakeholders to assess talent pipelines and facilitate feedback discussions.
7. ensure compliance with hiring policies and best practices throughout the recruitment process.
8. assess risks associated with business decisions, uphold compliance with laws and regulations, and promote ethical conduct and transparency.
qualifications:
* 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
* excellent written and verbal communication skills.
education:
* bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
additional candidate criteria include experience in talent acquisition for financial advisors in afore, kpi fulfillment, and knowledge of consar requirements.
