We are expanding our team and seeking a detail-oriented and proactive sales support manager to support key initiatives, retail programs, and customer-driven projects across monterrey and surrounding markets.position summarythe sales support manager will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects related to retail accounts, product launches, merchandising programs, operational improvements, and internal process alignment. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, analytical, and skilled at coordinating multiple parties to ensure projects stay on track and deliver results.key responsibilities·coordinate and track the execution of retail-related projects (product launches, planograms, merchandising updates, promotions, operational improvements).·work closely with sales, supply chain, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure timely project delivery.·follow up on action items, deadlines, deliverables, and documentation for each project.·assist with preparing presentations, reports, timelines, and status updates for internal teams and retail customers.·support retail customers with information, product data, order follow-up, and project-related communication.·monitor key kpis, inventory levels, pricing files, and program compliance.·coordinate with field personnel and external partners on merchandising or execution tasks.·maintain accurate records using project management tools, spreadsheets, or crm platforms.qualifications·bilingual - conversational english required (ability to communicate effectively in meetings, calls, and reports)·experience in project coordination, sales support, operations, or administrative roles (automotive aftermarket or retail environment preferred).·strong organizational and time-management skills, self-motivated, takes initiative, understands the need and takes action, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.·personable.
