Position: human resources generalist
location: remote (mexico)
compensation: hourly rate of $ usd 30 to usd 40 (based on experience)
as our hr generalist, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our team members and driving our company's success. You'll be responsible for various hr functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and more. Additionally, you'll oversee the review of contracts to ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
*key responsibilities*:
- manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding.
- implement and oversee employee relations programs to foster a positive work environment.
- provide guidance and support to managers and employees on hr-related matters.
- administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive hr initiatives and projects.
- conduct contract reviews to ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
*requirements*:
- proven experience as an hr generalist or similar role.
- strong knowledge of mexican labor laws and regulations.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ability to work independently and remotely.
- hr certification (desired but not required).
