key responsibilities
* develop and implement global compensation and benefits strategies (salary structures, benefits, equity).
* oversee hr data analytics, dashboards, and workforce metrics across multiple countries.
* lead audits, ensure compliance, and collaborate with finance and payroll.
* supervise and guide the c&b team, aligning policies with business goals.
* act as subject matter expert on job grading, policy development, and c&b best practices.
qualifications & skills
* bachelor’s or master’s in hr, accounting, business, or related.
* advanced expertise in global c&b frameworks and benchmarking.
* proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* experience with hris (dynamics 365 preferred).
* fluent english (c1/c2).
