as a business development representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of the company by identifying and generating new business opportunities. *key responsibilities*:
- prospecting & outreach:
- research target companies and decision-makers to build a robust sales pipeline.
- client engagement:
- schedule and set up meetings for senior sales executives.
- collaborate with the marketing team on outreach campaigns and materials.
- process improvement:
- provide feedback on lead quality to refine targeting strategies.
- maintain accurate records in the crm system.
- onboarding & development:
- shadow senior executives on client calls.
- familiarize yourself with company services, sales collateral, and tools.
*requirements*:
*must-have*:
- 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in consulting or professional services.
- proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
- strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging senior executives.
- experience using crm platforms (e.g., salesforce, hubspot).
- self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.
