Job overviewthis role encompasses leading the end-to-end client project employee hiring, payroll operations for multiple clients across mexico. The key objective is to ensure full compliance with local regulations, accuracy in payroll processing, and timely delivery according to client-specific agreements.key responsibilitiesmanage the entire client employee hiring process including onboarding, offboarding, work visa, and reimbursement processes.maintain regular communication and service delivery as a primary client contact point.coordinate and execute payroll processes (monthly, semi-monthly, weekly) for multiple clients in mexico.ensure adherence to local labor, tax, and social security laws in mexico.collaborate with clients' finance, legal, and hr departments to resolve issues, audits, and special requests.lead the onboarding and kickoff of new eor projects.manage vendors to facilitate smooth hiring processes.stay updated with changes in labor and tax legislation.
