*essential responsibilities*:
you will be the operations expert, ensuring the sales process is seamless and error-free, from initial customer configuration to incident resolution.
- *system management*: create, update, and track incident tickets in systems such as azure ado, halo, and smartsheets.
- *account configuration*: assist with the configuration, mapping, and data loading for new customers entering our database (via ftp or other enrollment processes).
- *data quality & auditing*: create precise import files (using excel) for promotions, perform data audits, and ensure the correct activation/deactivation of products and certifications.
- *product coordination*: collaborate closely with management to ensure our products are configured and function according to the needs of the sales team.
- *platform support*: provide quick assistance to the sales floor for system errors and platform support issues.
*requirements and qualifications*:
- a minimum of *2 years of professional experience* in a call center, technical support, or similar high-volume customer service environment.
- *proficient (intermediate to advanced) in microsoft excel* (required).
- 1+ year experience with formal ticketing or request management systems (e.g., zendesk, jira, crm systems)
- *impeccable attention to detail* (this is critical to the role)
- excellent *written and verbal communication* skills.
- strong ability to *prioritize and manage time* under high demand.
