Assist clients during implementation, sandbox testing, and request/response validation. Analyze integrations to detect friction points, recurring issues, or improvement opportunities. Collaborate with product and engineering to resolve technical blockers. Review logs, api requests, and technical documentation to diagnose issues. Document integration processes and create clear guides for clients and internal teams. Participate in post-mortem analysis of incidents related to integrations.
