responsibilities
* timely booking and lifecycle management of product orders
* support local office with administrative activities
* adhere to global policies and processes
* serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of accounts, meeting customer needs and expectations
* coordinate with departments such as technical support, logistics, manufacturing, sales, and product management to resolve issues
* manage order processing, including entry, expediting, changes, returns, and discrepancy resolution
qualifications
* minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service, preferably with contract administration
* bachelor’s degree
* proficient in english
* experience in multidisciplinary teams
* experience with sap or other erp systems is preferred
* passionate about customer service with a professional telephone manner and confident personality
* self-motivated with excellent communication skills
