Develop dashboards and custom reports that align with performance kpis and compliance requirements. Act as the primary liaison between hr, legal, workforce for productivity monitoring-related topics. Train and support supervisors and management on how to interpret and utilize productivity data responsibly and ethically, incorporating principles of non-discrimination, data minimization, and transparency in accordance with corporate compliance guidelines. Propose improvements to increase efficiency, data visualization, and alignment with business goals. Identify suspicious or non-compliant behavior and elevate to the department of legal & compliance.
