experience: minimum 5–6 years in a production leadership position (chief, coordinator, superintendent).
proven experience leading * people in casting or foundry operations within the automotive industry.experience managing shift operations, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.note: this is a production chief position — not a managerial role.
