Our new PL9 plant is looking for a Quality
Engineer who is supporting the vertical integration of Lighting Electronics
within HAM.
You
will be reporting directly to the Plant Manager and getting all needed trainings to develop your skills with us.
Your Tasks
Taking care of Production quality related activities, such as:
- Supporting DMAIC-activities cross department interfaces related to production and process technologies
- Support risk analysis (FMEA) and initiate preventive measures with those responsibilities including effectiveness check
- Maintenance of the quality assurance plan for series production in alignment with manufacturing engineer / mechanical engineer (Control Plan, FMEA, Parts History list, etc.)
- Monitor/Control of products/processes in the internal factory based on the specification documents (drawings/test instructions/work plans/Control Plan etc.)
- Carry out product audits as well as prepare, get involved in and support internal and external process and system audits (HI/TD-QE3-30-01)
- Secure defect and suspicious parts and address or monitor corrective measures; inform relevant production staff in cooperation with superiors incl.
escalation management
- Evaluate and release reworked parts, sub-assemblies, processes and devices as well as alternative production processes (acc.
to Hella standard for Handling of Non-conforming parts)
- Handle of internal complaints
- Drive the SAP system for relevant department related quality issues
- Prepare the initial sample inspection report (ISIR) for department related parts and components and support ISIR reporting for complete products according to defined procedure
- Verification of release process of serial production / job set-up
- Support the implementation of measures to reduce NQE
- Prepare statistical quality evaluations and quality reports as well as informing superiors

Your Qualifications
Bachelor's degree on Engineering field
Desirable electronics knowledge
2-3 years of experience in similar position
