Additionally, they will have proficiency in administrative tasks, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and document organization.
* key responsibilities:
* manage calendars and assist with scheduling meetings
* coordinate and set up for office and client meetings
* take and distribute clear, organized meeting notes
* assist staff with travel arrangements and process travel reimbursements
* perform credit card receipt reconciliation and reporting
* sort and distribute incoming mail, shipments, and courier deliveries
* scan, file, and organize both digital and hard-copy documents
* oversee maintenance and replacement of office equipment and coordinate office supply inventory
* assist with planning and execution of internal meetings and special events
* support general office upkeep and presentation to ensure a professional work environment
