the position

the senior sales manager is responsible for leading, developing, and scaling a high-performing sales team. This role oversees hiring, performance management, kpi attainment, and continuous skill development while ensuring operational excellence and strong revenue results.

what you do

talent acquisition & team building:

* recruit, interview, and hire new sales team members.
* build and maintain a strong culture of performance, accountability, and growth.

performance management & quality assurance:

* monitor and manage qa scores across the team to ensure high service and sales standards.
* provide ongoing coaching to improve individual and team performance.

kpi & budget achievement:

* own monthly, quarterly, and yearly budget kpi goals for the mx sales team.
* develop strategies and action plans to ensure consistent attainment of revenue and productivity targets.

training & skill development

* enhance team member sales capabilities through training, mentoring, and targeted skill-building initiatives.

* identify performance gaps and create improvement plans.

compensation & commission oversight:

* compile, track, and validate team commission data.
* ensure accuracy and timely reporting of all compensation-related metrics.

what you bring:

* 5+ years of sales leadership experience
* strong analytical and coaching skills
* proven success in hitting revenue and performance kpis
* experience managing commissions and sales operations required
* workspace: a quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 mbps download | 10 mbps upload.
* equipment: a laptop (or a desktop computer) and an internet connection that
