*requirements*:
- must be bilingual in english and spanish (verbal and written proficiency)
- previous sales experience
- availability to work full-time on eastern standard time (est) hours
- prior experience in sales or customer service with us-based companies
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently in a remote setting
- tech-savvy with experience using crm platforms and call center software
*key responsibilities*:
- handle outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
- provide accurate information about products and services in both english and spanish
- convert leads into customers through effective communication and sales techniques
- address customer inquiries, concerns, and resolve issues promptly
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and industry trends
- document interactions and follow-up activities in our crm system
- meet and exceed performance metrics and kpis
*schedule*:
monday to friday from 9:00 am to 6:36 pm
*salary*:
base gross monthly salary: $20,000
bonus and commissions: up to $10,000
