we are a global distribution company with a strong international presence and a reputation for delivering exceptional value to our customers. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a driven sales representative to join our guadalajara-based team and help expand our reach in both existing and new markets.

what you'll be doing:

as an international sales executive, you'll play a key role in identifying opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. Your responsibilities will include:

* developing and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients
* identifying and qualifying sales leads and converting them into business opportunities
* preparing and presenting customized product proposals and pricing
* collaborating with internal departments (logistics, customer service, accounting) to ensure a seamless customer experience
* staying up to date on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
* meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
* representing the company in a professional, customer-focused, and knowledgeable manner

what we're looking for:

* 1–3 years of sales experience preferred (distribution or b2b experience is a strong plus)
* excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
* a proactive, self-motivated approach and a strong desire to succeed
* proficiency in microsoft office; experience with crm tools is a plus
* ability to work independently while also collaborating with a global team
* comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multicultural business environment
