Regional security program lead
this role involves overseeing and continually improving regional security programs across latam.

key responsibilities
* minimum 5 years of experience in an in-house corporate security function.
* 8+ years combined experience in law enforcement, military, or private security sector.
* bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
* strong working knowledge of crisis management and threat intelligence practices.
* high ethical standards, discretion, and accountability in sensitive matters.
preferred qualifications
* master's degree in security management, international affairs, or related field.
* experience in a fortune 500 or large multinational enterprise.
* crisis management certification (e.g., ics, fema).
