what you will do- maintain and extend existing test automation frameworks and evaluate new frameworks; - promote a quality-first mindset including automation-first and shift-left testing practices; - define and implement performance and scalability testing strategies; - monitor and improve ci/cd pipelines; - collaborate with product and engineering teams to define quality standards aligned with business needs.must haves- 5+ years of experience in delivering high-quality products and automation testing; - strong understanding of qa lifecycle and testing methodologies; - experience building automation frameworks and api tests; - experience with ci/cd and build pipelines; - experience with restful apis, json, swagger or similar frameworks; - experience with git and source code repositories; - experience with ci tools (jenkins, github actions); - familiarity with cloudplatforms such as aws; - experience with performance testing tools (grafana k6); - strong communication and collaboration skills; nice to haves- experience with playwright; perks and benefits- professional growth: mentorship, techtalks, and personalized growth roadmaps.
