the role may include direct day-to-day management of designers.key responsibilities:creative project leadership: collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative strategies that advance our brands and align with business objectives; generate and lead innovative design concepts and ideas that push the boundaries of creativity, and present to clients and marketing leadership as needed to obtain approvals or review feedback.team management: manage multiple projects/teams simultaneously, ensuring client objectives, project deadlines and design quality requirements are met or exceeded.technical proficiency: maintain deep, up-to-date expertise in creative industry trends and technologies (including software, 3d/motion tools, and generative ai); demonstrate proven experience incorporating generative ai into creative workflows and production pipelines.workflow development and optimization: work with studio leadership and operations to develop and optimize workflow processes for development of creative projects.minimum qualifications:bachelor's degree and 3+ years of communications, marketing, public relations, or related work experience.associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of communications, marketing, public relations, or related work experience.high school diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of communications, marketing, public relations, or related work experience.completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (master's = one year, doctorate = two years) of work experience.preferred qualifications:advanced communication skills in english.bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, or a related field.15 years of professional experience in a creative studio or advertising agency, including roles as art director or lead designer.experience in or with the tech industry, particularly in mobile, automotive, xr, compute, and iot – extremely preferred.proven ability to create high-quality, strategic, visually compelling designs for a wide gamut of applications, preferably including motion/3d work.meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.a portfolio review and discussion will be part of the interview process.strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.self-motivated problem solver: proactive and driven, with the ability to take initiative and manage projects independently.technical skills:full mastery of adobe creative suite (photoshop, illustrator, after effects, premiere pro).
strong experience with the microsoft office suite (outlook, teams, powerpoint, word).
