*minimum requirements*:gender: indistinct- advanced english- academic training: bachelor's degree in administration, industrial relations, communication, marketing or related careers (optional)- minimum experience of 3-5 recent years in related positions in companies in the restaurant, hotel, retail, industrial and/or call center sectors.- management of crm, google drive (docs, excel)*functions*:- knowledge and implementation of kpi's.- prospecting for new clients and retention of the company's portfolio.- implementation of business strategies.- review, analyze and make monthly sales reports.- management of satisfaction surveys, quality of customer service.- sales training program.- analyze and develop monthly sales coverage.- continuous interaction with the commercial area- promoters for the follow-up of strategies and activities.
