We are growing in san luis potosi and we need you to help us with this challenge. At this moment we are seeking: launch manager. Position objective: responsible for planning, directing and coordinating all activities associated with new/existing project launches, process changes, product engineering changes and customer approvals by allocating necessary resources, removing barriers, meeting customer specifications and performance objectives. Plant quality, deliverables on time and cost. Main responsibilities: demonstrate an intolerance to unsafe acts and conditions, promoting continuous improvement of performance in health and safety, environmental care, pollution prevention, quality and safety of the product and service provided, implementing all legal standards and guidelines and others, as well as those of the organization's business operating system (ios); maintaining the necessary records to demonstrate compliance and attending training applicable to their duties and responsibilities. Lm has the responsibility and authority to stop any breach of our safety, environment and quality policies. Defines and monitors strategies that allow the achievement of key business objectives by promoting the use of continuous improvement tools. Ensures compliance with the requirements established in yanfeng project launch system (gate workbook) by all functional team members (sdt). Ensures that the project team works cohesively and meets time, quality and cost requirements. Maintains very close communication with customer and suppliers. Receive and send project status information. Calculate launch cost required for projects and changes. Review the proper use of the lauch cost budget. Responsible to planning 0-0-100-100-90 – anticipating risks due to late activities and changes developing strategies. Responsible for establishing a new project commissioning team, organizing and coordinating the work of relevant departments to ensure the smooth start of the new project. Attend monthly gate workbook review meeting for new projects, review and track the progress of problem closure during project development, and work with the project development manager to complete the worksheet. Responsible for completing the evaluation of the production performance indicators and formulating the corresponding improvement path table to ensure that the production projects meet the performance goals. Carry out the project management in accordance with the gate workbook process to ensure that the project completes the company's established schedule, quality and financial indicators, create a good company image, and establish long-term customer relationships. Responsible for the localization management of parts in factory projects, collecting information on localized parts and evaluating the feasibility of localization of parts, tracking and promoting the progress of localization, and meeting the annual localization goals. Undertakingmanagement responsibilities required by the company's related ios files and iatf16949 / iso45001 / iso14001 standards, ensuring the effective operation of ios files, and continuously improving the relevant procedures and applications in the ios files within the department. General requirements: possessing good resource acquisition and utilization ability and organizational promotion ability. Familiarity with project management software. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, strong team awareness. Make changes to product engineering in time, cost and quality. Maintain a work environment that allows teamwork and optimal performance. Ensure adherence to safety, ethics and quality procedures and standards. Develop key personnel and their subordinates. Special requirements: ba/ms degree,industrial/ mechanical engineering. 3 years or more of experience project management management systems (health and safety, environmental and quality). Vda 6.3 (internal auditor) apqp, ppap, fmea, npi. Problem solving (8´d, 5w, pdca) knowledge and experience in specific customer requirements (vw, audi,bmw). Program management software plm.
