They must possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in general computer knowledge, including point of sale systems, and have a thorough understanding of restaurant service principles.
responsibilities include:
* managing hotel outlets with autonomy, working closely with the food & beverage assistant director, and other hotel departments.
* developing short and long-term plans for all outlets, ensuring effective hiring, training, development, promotion, and reinforcement.
* leading and coaching the team to achieve exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results.
* full understanding of associate engagement, developing creative strategies for revenue enhancement and cost containment.
* developing and recommending budgets, marketing plans, and objectives, managing within approved plans.
* maintaining a high-energy, positive, professional appearance, planning, coordinating, and managing special events and holiday functions.
this role requires full flexibility, ability to work weekends and holidays, and a varied schedule. The successful candidate must possess a refined verbal and written communication style, hotel experience, and a thorough understanding of restaurant service principles.
preferred qualifications include previous experience as an assistant restaurant manager or restaurant supervisor, and the ability to speak spanish.
