 
        Currently looking for a customer service oriented representative for our dealer support department. Objective the target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction, responsibilities assist clients on procesess like billing, warranty services, product specifications. Scheduled shipping and shipping information. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits may coordinate product returns for exchange or rework. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents formulates the required reports and prepares general correspondence. Meets the established procedures and the policies of the organization. Skills 1 year of proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative strong phone contact handling skills and active listening familiarity with crm systems and practices detail oriented customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively high school degree bilingual (english and spanish). Schedule monday to thursday 6:30am - 5pm & friday 6:30am - 3:00pm *contract starting with a 3 months initial period, with posibility to extend indefinitly.* j-18808-ljbffr
