Job description
the operations ii or program management assistant (pma) is a vital member of the client account teams, handling specific tasks that ensure seamless service delivery. This includes root cause analysis, service level agreement monitoring, and key performance indicator reporting.
additionally, the pma must be adept at understanding account specifics such as hardware used per client, part requirements, sla analytics, and contract specifications. They work closely with internal departments to verify and solve problems efficiently.
required skills and qualifications
to succeed in this role, candidates should possess advanced usage of microsoft office or office 365, including excel for internal reporting and powerpoint for client presentations.
service desk or customer service experience over the phone with us clients is mandatory, requiring at least one year of experience.
