job description
the business analyst supports supply chain tolling by performing business analysis and design. Responsibilities include managing global and regional tolling processes and system integrations, delivering business change activities, and working collaboratively with teams to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
the role involves delivering high-quality business cases, process designs, and sharing best practices within communities of practice.
accountabilities
the business analyst is expected to:
* understand and prioritize requirements from multiple stakeholders, seeking opportunities for improvement.
* interpret and communicate business needs clearly, assessing impacts, costs, and benefits.
* provide insights and innovations aligned with az it strategy.
* collaborate with business and it partners to propose solutions fulfilling strategic needs.
* define project scope, set budgets and schedules, and lead project activities.
* facilitate design sessions, identify functional and technical requirements.
* manage and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
* analyze data trends for informed decision-making.
* engage with customers and support service tracking and improvements.
requirements
* experience with sap ecc modules (mm, sd) and related processes.
* proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
* experience with integrated systems and creative problem-solving.
* strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
* experience in regulated environments (gxp, sox).
* experience working virtually and mentoring others.
* ability to handle third-party vendors.
desirable
* relevant degree or certification.
* understanding of supply planning systems and agile methodology.
* experience in global organizations and pharmaceutical domain knowledge.
