key responsibilities
* global consumer insights agenda: lead the development and management of proprietary research frameworks that drive strategic decision-making.
* trends & foresight: monitor global trends in children's entertainment, education, family experiences, and wellbeing, translating signals into actionable strategies that strengthen our positioning and inspire innovation.
* business partnering: provide insights and strategic recommendations to global operations, marketing, brand, and product development teams, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
* stakeholder management: collaborate with external research agencies, think tanks, and academic institutions to strengthen methodologies and expand perspectives.
requirements
* 8–10 years of experience in consumer insights, research, or strategy roles.
* proven expertise designing and leading large-scale, multi-market research projects.
* strong track record in both consulting (advisory) and corporate environments, bridging strategic recommendations with business execution.
* expertise in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
* ability to analyze cultural and generational trends and transform them into strategic foresight.
* experience in industries such as entertainment, education, lifestyle, wellness, or related consumer-facing sectors.
* global perspective and ability to work across diverse markets and multicultural contexts.
* advanced english is required; additional languages are highly valued.
