About this role:
we are seeking an organized and enthusiastic professional to support a mix of executives.
the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in an administrative or customer service position, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* business development: build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, understand business goals and objectives, and maintain accurate records in a crm database.
* calendaring: maintain diaries for executives, scheduling internal and external meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
* daily administration: manage documents and project deliverables, work with hr to obtain necessary permits, and provide administrative support as needed.
* timesheet and expense reporting: prepare monthly timesheets and expense reports for assigned executives.
