In this role, you will impact the organization by: - assisting in the coordination and execution of production activities - monitoring production processes and ensuring adherence to quality standards - conducting inspections and tests to verify product quality - assisting in the maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment - collaborating with the production team to meet production targets and deadlines - following safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

*you must have*:
- high school diploma or equivalent - 3+ years of proven understanding and experience of smt manufacturing processes and equipment - attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment - good communication and interpersonal skills
