Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our B2B sales and e-commerce operations, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through market exploration and strategic partnerships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis and field research to identify high-potential sellers across Mexico
- Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with local manufacturers, distributors, and industry associations
Growth Strategies:
- Design customized growth strategies to increase sellers' gross merchandise value (GMV) through data-driven product selection
- Pursue traffic acquisition tactics such as social media ads, SEO, and KOL collaboration
- Plan promotional campaigns including seasonal sales and launch events
Operational Support:
- Guide sellers through platform onboarding, including SKU optimization, listing creation, and logistics setup
- Provide weekly performance reviews with actionable improvement plans
Requirements:
- Fluent professional English language skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related fields
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP, and basic data analysis capability
- Experience in B2B sales or e-commerce is an asset
- Understanding of Mexican manufacturing clusters is preferred
