- management and execution of reports for the reconciliation of inventories related to annex 24 and annex 31.
- execute the corresponding actions to keep the company in compliance with current certifications and accredited programs. such as immex, prosec, and vat certification.
- analyze the bom to qualify the finished products to meet the criteria of international.
- detect possible customs problems, propose and execute solutions before the authority detects them.
- provide support for sat customs and maquiladora audits, and act as the primary point of contact for all trade compliance matters.
- responsible for avoiding fines and surcharges in the area of foreign trade.
- obtain, review and file the certificates of origin from the tmec and the sworn statement of the suppliers of raw materials.
- reconcile with the american customs agency the correct payment of taxes when the finished product is imported into the united states of america
