About our client:
our property managers of community associations have earned the highest praise for their timely and caring response to renters, homeowners, and boards of directors alike; our management team has combined experience of over 250 years in the property management industry.

The administrative assistant is responsible for supporting a specific portfolio of communities with administrative tasks and customer service activities:

- 1st point of contact with homeowners.
- open tickets and escalate when needed.
- fulfill homeowner requests
- general mailing drafting
- data entry
- prepare any homeowner letters or notices.
- prioritize urgent matters
- keep the internal database updated.
- support with any other project the supervisor will require.

*schedule*:
*m to f 9:00 to 18:00 cst*

*requirements*:

- around 2 years of experience with administrative activities.
- experience working for call centers with american clients.
- strong writing and speaking skills.
- experience using ms office.
- great grammar.
- ms office experience.
