The administrative assistant is responsible for supporting a specific portfolio of communities with administrative tasks and customer service activities:
- 1st point of contact with homeowners.
- open tickets and escalate when needed.
- fulfill homeowner requests
- general mailing drafting
- data entry
- prepare any homeowner letters or notices.
- prioritize urgent matters
- keep the internal database updated.
- support with any other project the supervisor will require.
