some of the essential duties include:
- review order package, all required documentation and applicable information to confirm is available for implementation.
- attend call(s) with the customer as coordinated by the project manager for information gathering and/or validation.
- communicate effectively with the customer and/or vendor to understand their setup and business needs.
*requirements*:
- experience in information technology, managed services, telecommunications or other relevant experience.
- preferred knowledge: office 365, it security tools, managed services process platforms.
- experience with supporting currently microsoft supported server and desktop operating systems.
- experience with monitoring of ticketing system, prioritizing problems, supporting projects, and supporting enterprise level infrastructure (installing, patching/maintaining, troubleshooting, etc.).
- english language proficiency (professional level).
