the main responsibilities are to:
* lead the design and implementation of the ap area.
* develop and execute the business case, transition roadmap, and timeline for ap migration.
* ensure seamless knowledge transfer and process standardization.
* oversee end-to-end ap processes:
o invoice booking
o invoice exception handling
o vendor payments
o full p2p cycle within an ssc environment
* manage a hybrid environment with multiple erp systems (sap + other platforms).
* build and scale the ap team.
* partner with u.s.-based stakeholders (strong english communication required).
* act as a key liaison across finance, operations, and global teams.
* travel (primarily to the u.s.) as needed during transition phases.
perfil buscado
a successful ap manager should have:
* a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience leading accounts payable.
* proven experience in a shared services center (ssc) environment.
* demonstrated success building and transforming ap operations from scratch.
* experience managing teams of 10-20 employees.
* strong knowledge of accounts payable processes (invoice booking, invoice exception handling, vendor payment and full p2p cycle).
* advanced english is mandatory .
* highly autonomous, strong listener, direct communication, adaptable and resilient.
