how would you contribute to our mission?

as a digital total rewards leader, your overall purpose will be to develop and implement innovative and competitive total rewards strategies. You will work in conjunction with the senior total rewards management to attract, retain, and motivate talent within rotoplas group, aligning these strategies with organizational objectives and global market trends. This role will focus on process optimization through artificial intelligence and advanced analytics, ensuring agility and efficiency, as well as an exceptional employee experience.

what actions will you perform?

* manage and update departmental policies and procedures, ensuring they are agile and serve as a guide for leaders, using ai tools.
* manage key total rewards processes such as annual bonus and salary increase for the company through successfactors, enabling leaders and hrbps.
* conduct predictive market analysis using artificial intelligence and machine learning to identify salary trends in 10 countries and evaluate flexible compensation models, performance-based pay, and competencies.
* annually update rotoplas group's salary scales based on market information to ensure salary competitiveness.
* consolidate and update an information repository with market trends to propose improvements to the compensation and benefits package.
* manage the annual salary survey process for rotoplas group through the hrbps in each location.
* manage the job evaluation process for rotoplas group, using the mercer ipe methodology.
* ensure that the salary analysis process (offers, movements, etc.) is carried out in an agile and automated manner.
* create interactive dashboards that help manage key indicators and provide visibility to business units.

this job is for you if you have:

* academic background in administration, engineering, or economics.
* minimum of 6 years of experience in compensation, including: payroll budget preparation and administration, salary analysis, creation of salary scales, market survey analysis, coordination of core processes such as bonuses and increases, and benefits administration.
* proficiency in tools such as win (mercer), successfactors, artificial intelligence tools (appsheet, notebooklm, gemini, etc.), and google workspace.
* advanced english proficiency.
* personal skills such as: communication, fast learning, and adaptability.
* competencies in strategic thinking, problem solving, and analytical thinking.
