responsibilities
* manage and optimize the productive processes of assigned production lines, ensuring the fulfillment of production, quality, safety, and environmental objectives through efficient management of human and material resources, implementation of continuous improvement tools, and maintaining effective communication with scm, quality, and maintenance areas.
* ensure timely and complete delivery of finished products to logistics.
* meet production tonnage targets for the assigned lines.
* ensure all activities in the production area comply with safety standards and guidelines.
* maintain proper communication between production and scm, quality, maintenance departments.
* implement and utilize established continuous improvement tools and initiatives.
* participate in training and updates as required.
* meet environmental goals established for the site.
* ensure compliance with available standards and procedures.
* execute corrective actions in case of deviations related to product quality.
* fulfill responsibilities related to quality and safety.
requirements
* degree in chemical engineering, industrial engineering, or related field.
* at least 2 years of experience in operating productive processes, managing operational personnel, and administering material resources.
* availability to work in rotating shifts.
* previous experience in the chemical industry, sands, cement, or flour industries is desirable.
* experience working with production, quality, safety, and environmental indicators.
* intermediate english proficiency.
* skills in communication, teamwork, time management, and leadership.
