1. Be single point of contact with customer in charge of coordinates and lead standardized and extraordinary quality team meetings with customer and involved team

8. Controls all considerations and expenses of return parts from the request until invoice
9. Responsible for deliver results for road test and teardown and specific studies
10. Keep all vehicle test inventory in company cars portal
11. Guarantee the availability of vehicle test and equipment making sure the maintenance and calibration management including supplies and services
