The Practice – A Brief Sketch
The Technology Strategy & Advisory Practice is part of Accenture Strategy, focusing on our clients’ strategic priorities. We help achieve growth and efficiency through innovative R&D; transformation, redefining business models using agile methodologies.
Here are your potential responsibilities:
1. Lead SAP Functional Solution Architecture and support end-to-end RFPs or ERP assessments.
2. Engage with clients to design new business processes, scope projects, and develop roadmaps.
3. Identify and solve complex SAP S4 HANA ERP landscape issues, providing strategic expertise.
4. Drive enterprise architecture for business, applications, and integrations.
5. Help clients build capabilities for growth and innovation.
6. Support business development, proposal generation, and solution shaping.
7. Develop offerings, participate in pre-sales, and share knowledge through mentoring and asset creation.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Coverage across core SCM in industries like Products, Resources, Public Services, with good understanding of Finance, MDM, MDG, deployments, data strategy, etc.
- Deep SAP SCM and SD process knowledge, with hands-on experience.
- Ability to support GTM activities and develop capabilities.
- Experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, and implementing SAP solutions successfully.
- Strong interest in technology-driven business transformation.
- Proven ability to develop tech solutions and market value propositions.
- Experience in SAP ECC/S/4 HANA implementations, including pre-sales, proof of concept, and pilot projects.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Leadership in developing talent and building high-performing teams.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- Availability to travel.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written).
- 5-9 years SAP ERP experience, including leading S/4 HANA projects.
- Experience leading workshops, defining solution blueprints, and integrating SAP modules across industries.
- Knowledge of SAP Public Cloud, SaaS, hybrid environments, and SAP’s integration platforms.
- Ability to create business cases, prototypes, and perform assessments and fit-gap analyses.
