job description
we are looking for a
sac trainer supervisor
responsible for providing technical training to developers, consultans, installers & distributors. The primary function is to manage on-line and hands on training in training center monterrey providing sac products expertise, installation, start up & troubleshooting capability and overall support in getting samsung certification. Position is a vital link to realizing the overall sales objectives for sem. In addition, the sac trainer supervisor is responsible to ensure knowledge obtained must be apply in the field getting service team feedback and keep communication everytime to improve installations.
tasks will be
* define monthly training schedule based on demand
* follow up attendes registration & confirmation to each training
* ppt training material updating based on hq guideline
* training supplies control to guarantee overall successful practices
* follow up sac products certification
* monthly report regarding training results
* develop custom trainings based on customers request
skills and qualifications:
* 5+ years experience in general heating, refrigeration & airconditioning systems.
* bachelor in engineering or similar required (mechanical or electrical).
* strong coordination and communiaction skills.
* preferable with vrf systems experience (installation, start up and troubleshooting).
* air conditioning training experience (hands on)
