in this role, you will be overseeing budget allocation and resource planning for marketing initiatives, providing clear visibility into spend and performance. You will partner closely with product marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to streamline workflows, and to run business-critical processes that ensure resources are prioritized effectively to drive goals of the entire growth marketing organization.

- lead and develop a team of marketing managers focusing on business growth operations, incentives operations, and pricing.
- drive organizational excellence for the broader ads growth marketing organization by leading budget processes and ownership, resources prioritization and allocation, and business attainment cadences.
- ensure the health and growth of incentives programs by driving deep, thorough analysis of its performance, and driving optimizations of the programs’ processes
- collaborate with product marketing managers and finance to own and prioritize ongoing budget and headcount needs.
- use data to define the incentives strategy for customers throughout their journey with google ads products.
