what you will do
lead the design, implementation and support of people and organizational development initiatives and practices.
responsibilities
* maintain processes for assessing and reviewing changing business needs for professional skills, leadership, and organizational development programs.
* design programs for learning and development initiatives that support business goals.
* provide consulting services on design and development of solutions for professional skills gaps, leadership, and organizational development problems and issues.
* implement programs with efficient use of resources, including working with vendors and technology solutions, to achieve learning goals aligned to business objectives.
* evaluate existing curriculum or learning solutions and recommend appropriate approaches for improving the quality, cost, and value of development programs.

skills you have
* problem solving: knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

what you have
* bachelor's degree (industrial, mechanical, mechatronic, electrical)
* experience 2 years in manufacturing or assembly process
* language: advanced english

* 2+ years in assembly process
note: this position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
