work you'll do/responsibilities
as a senior consultant, you will work with diverse global clients across a wide range of industries. You will have a variety of clients facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions.

qualifications
required
* 6-10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
* completion of coursework (
egresado
) in any pertinent field or industry.
* responsible for supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams.
* identifies key drivers, defines problems, and proposes solutions.
* advanced english level.
* experienced working in project management for it related teams and under agile methodologies such as scrum or safe.
* knows what is really needed to run a large pmo successfully - key project management and technical skills included.
* pays close attention to details and communicates proactively - verbal, written, and presentations.
* organized, manages time and documentation, can take direction, and offer their perspective and able to own it.
* able to manage multiple stakeholders at different levels to get the information needed on time.
* prior technical background/experience (software development, qa, data, devops, etc.).
preferred
* technical or agile-based certifications are a plus.
