This role will serve as an operational enabler across the organization and play a key role in the evolution of our crm ecosystem.responsibilities- participate in technical decision-making for our salesforce crm solution.collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and technical leads to define implementation strategies.work closely with backend developers to support third-party integrations.apply software development best practices.ensure clean, maintainable code and adherence to engineering patterns.monitor live product behavior to proactively identify issues and opportunities for improvement.contribute to a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.mentor and support other salesforce team members.requirements- 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience working with salesforce crm.experience as a salesforce system administrator.proficiency with git version control.strong communication skills in english (spoken and written).passion for technology and problem-solving in a collaborative environment.nice to have- salesforce administrator and/or developer certifications.“operations as a service” mindset.strong influencing and communication skills.creative, out-of-the-box thinking.self-driven learner with a proactive attitude and sense of ownership.
