Job Description:
Summary:
The Planner will support the transfer of products and processes to Nuevo Laredo, while managing production schedules to meet demand and ensure efficient operations. This role integrates planning with material availability, production capacity, and ERP systems to maintain workflow and delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage monthly, weekly, and daily production schedules for production lines.
- Ensure compliance with key metrics and production deadlines.
- Coordinate with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability.
- Monitor product specifications, quantities, and process outputs.
- Integrate capacity, lead times, and resources into the ERP system.
- Support material delivery requirements for manufacturing.
- Communicate effectively across departments and with suppliers.
- Follow all quality, safety, and ethical guidelines set by company standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in planning or production scheduling.
- English Proficiency (spoken and written).
- Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry tools.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, Lean Manufacturing, and/or Six Sigma.
