Main responsibilities: manage and develop a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction. Anticipate customer expectations and proactively address potential concerns. Build strong, trust-based relationships through tailored and ongoing communication. Maintain regular contact across multiple communication channels to enhance loyalty. Plan and coordinate exclusive activities and bespoke experiences (e.g., sporting or entertainment events) aligned with client interests. Deliver service standards that exceed expectations and create memorable customer journeys. Support the strategic growth and structure of vip engagement initiatives in the mexican market. Desired experience: proven background in vip account management, retention, or relationship management, ideally within igaming or a similar sector. Solid understanding of high-value customer behavior and expectations. Strong networking skills and awareness of key events and trends within mexico. Experience working with crm systems is advantageous but not 100% mandatory. Excellent communication, presentation, and public relations capabilities.
