this role is responsible for ensuring the safety of personnel in the operation, achieving daily/weekly/monthly objectives, organizing workflow, and supervising operational staff and the mechanical cable manufacturing process, ensuring the product meets specifications and delivery times required for customer satisfaction, while taking care of company equipment, facilities, and devices.

qualifications
* industrial engineer or related field.
* 6 years of experience in related companies or field.
* knowledge of quality management systems.
* ability to create accountability and lead by example.
* knowledge of an mrp system.
* knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (smed, 5s, tpm, etc.).
* experience interacting with labor unions.
