we're looking for a podcast editor with strong audio and visual editing chops to handle full-length post-production for long-form b2b podcast episodes.
you'll manage sound design, audio cleanup, and visual polish across multi-camera setups, ensuring every episode sounds sharp and looks professional on platforms like spotify, youtube, and apple podcasts.
this is a remote-first role where storytelling meets technical execution, and attention to detail is everything.
*what you'll do*:
- edit full-length episodes for pacing, flow, clarity, and quality
- improve audio with eq, noise reduction, and sound design techniques
- handle color correction and visual cleanup for video podcast recordings
- collaborate with producers and hosts to refine narrative structure
- organize files and workflows using tools like pro tools, adobe suite, or davinci resolve
- prepare and publish final assets across platforms with proper metadata
*what you bring*:
- 2-4 years of experience editing long-form podcast content (audio and video)
- a portfolio of professional b2b or interview-style podcast work
- mastery of post-production tools for both audio and video
