main responsibilities:
* ensure compliance with mexican labor law training requirements.
* create and implement a comprehensive annual training plan aligned with strategic objectives.
* coordinate mandatory training sessions on safety, quality, environmental, leadership, and technical topics.
* administer internal and external training programs, tracking progress and documenting results accurately.
* negotiate with external vendors to ensure compliance with contractual and quality standards.
* participate in audits, providing evidence of legal compliance in training matters.
* support the performance management process, ensuring accurate execution of evaluations, feedback, and individual development plans.
* implement succession and talent development plans in collaboration with hr and department leaders.
